Traxxas Motor REBUILD - AND I FOUND A FLAW !!!!

The motor i run in my Traxxas Sledge has a busted bearing.
So instead of buying a new motor we are going to repair it wit a rebuild kit.
BUT i also found a strange problem in my motor ...
