Thrifty Mason artist creates pop-up shop to sell her elaborate, hand-crafted witchy accessories

"I collect things all year. I'm a thrift shop addict. So, I find things and I'm like, 'Oh, I have to get this.' Then I put it all together," Lou Ann Shaw said.
