Brown water runs from tap in Jackson, Mississippi, Amid boil-water notice

In a video captured by Jackson resident, Molly Minta, dark-brown water was seen pouring from her home faucet in the Jackson, Mississippi neighborhood of Belhaven. Jackson still has a boil-water notice remaining in place for the area on Friday, September 9. Mississippi National Guardsman are still providing residents with bottled and non-potable water as the crisis continues.
