Serial Rapist sentenced to 9 Months Home Detention in New Zealand!

In the most aggrejious and criminal court decision I've ever seen in New Zealand.
An 18 year old who raped 5 Minors was sentenced to 9 Months Home Detention (House Arrest), after our prosecutors did not push for a term of imprisonment.
Apparently a rehabilitation approach means a no consequence approach.
