Charles departs Scotland for London in first sighting since becoming King

The journey to Aberdeen airport from Balmoral Castle is the first public sighting of him since he become King Charles III on the death of his mother. In London he will attend royal engagements including at an accession council, which will formally proclaim him the new sovereign.
