Woman Beheaded In Broad Daylight In San Carlos, California

A woman who has yet to be publicly identified by authorities was reportedly beheaded in broad daylight before shocked onlookers earlier in September in San Carlos, with the suspect using a sword to carry out the horrific murder. The victim was reportedly in a relationship with the suspect, but had taken out a restraining order on him prior to the murder.
