Welcome back to the Life Of Elvis Podcast!
In Episode 17 I interview once again Marni Ratner, who was one of my very first guests in Ep. 3. She is a voice teacher and a breathwork coach. She is also an intuitive and creative spirit, a friend, teacher, empath, multidisciplinary energy worker, big-time dreamer, bonafide goofball, and a fellow human traveler.

We kick this podcast off by catching up a bit after nearly a year (!), we talk about what Marni has been up to, and ponder on the power of the voice and authentic expression, among other subjects.

The main topic is the 5 Tibetan Rites, a set of five simple exercises practiced for thousands of years, referred to by many as the fountain of youth. Both of us have been practicing the rites for years, so we share our insights on how to perform them, why they work, and how we benefited from them.

We also delve into the obscure Sixth Tibetan Rite, and attempt to demystify it, by sharing our own experiences, as well as comparing it to other similar methods from the Far East, for example, those practiced by Taoist monks in China.

Just like the first time Marni came on my podcast, we experienced once again technical difficulties which resulted in this being a two-part episode, so make sure to stick around for part deux of our conversation.
