Chicken Kurma recipe

This healthier gluten-free chicken kurma recipe is just as creamy and richly spiced as but with far fewer calories.

Ingredients

Olive oil
Curd
Chicken Breasts
Curry Powder
Chilli Powder
Garlic Ginger Paste
Cashew nut Paste
Tomato Paste
Salt

Instructions

Preparation,
- Clean & wash the chicken pieces and keep it to drain
- Chop onions /Curry leaves

Process,

- Heat oil in a Pan & add the ginger garlic paste, Chopped Onions and Curry leaves
- Fry on high heat for 2min till brown in colour
- Now add the chicken pieces & fry on high heat for 3 – 4 mins till the chicken pieces are browned.
- Add the readymade curry powder and chili powder and salt and mix it well
- Then Add Curd & Tomato Paste mix it.
- Finally add Cashew nut paste and mix it on medium heat for another 3 mins.
