Tired and ROUGH 162.5 Kgs x 5 Squat.

Man, today was NOT my day; hahaha. My strength and form was just off today, and I felt low energy from the get go; which may just be a result of the compounding fatigue of an intense week. Can't win them all! Besides, I am fine with my squat taking a bit of a backseat so to speak, so I can push my other lifts. My best record with this weight is seven reps, so I had decided pretty early on that it would not be a good idea to try and match or surpass that, based on how I was feeling/performance wise. I figured if I can push out five reps, that would be totally acceptable. Frankly, I am proud that I was even able to get to five, as this was really rough, hahaha. Plus, I did more overall tonnage with my Romanian Deadlifts and ab work than last time, so I still managed to make some kind of progress. So, all things considered, I am not walking away from this session dissapointed 🤟🏻.
