5 x jumping jacks
4 x hip hinge into arms overhead
3 x squats
2 x crossfit burpees
12 rounds
Workout
Duration 30 to 50 minutes.
Task 1
Single kettlebell
Alternating clean and jerk
8 minute AMRAP
Task 2
Double kettlebell
5 clean and jerk
5 clean and push press
5 clean and strict press
5 CrossFit burpees
10 rounds

Scoring
Task 1: reps x weight
Task 2: number of seconds divided by weight and lowest number wins
