Today, I have switched over my diet from High Protein-Low Carb Diet to Ketogenic Diet because I heard this diet is better for strengtening your endurance and brain focus which I need for work and growing my business.

I ate my OMAD meal around 5-6pm today so I should eat at the same time or beyond by tomorrow to meet the fasting requirement of 23:1
