When the wife wanted to go to a restaurant, but you're frugal😅 Watch with sound)
📝Warm salad with duck breast and potatoes:
Duck breast - 1pc.
Mixed lettuce - 1p
Small potatoes - 3pc.
Cherry tomatoes - 4pc
Red onion - 1/4pc.
Salt, pepper
📝For the dressing:
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Mustard - 0,5 tsp.
Orange juice - 2 tablespoons
Tobasco - a couple of drops (can be replaced with chili pepper)
Worcester sauce - to taste
Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
Dried garlic
📌The main secret is to add to the sauce the meat juice from the duck📌
🥗Slice the skin on the duck in squares without touching the meat with a sharp knife. Salt, pepper, add a drop of olive oil, rub and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
🥗In a cold pan put the breast skin side down, heat the pan so the fat starts to boil and fry until crispy on medium heat 7-10 minutes. We turn the breast, add a sprig of thyme and garlic (burning or not is not your choice) and roast the duck for a couple more minutes. Then we put the breast in the oven at 170 degrees for 5-10 minutes, the longer you keep it, the more cooked it will be. After the oven let the duck rest for 5-10 minutes.
🥗 In a container mix lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes. For dressing mix all ingredients and pour 2-3 tablespoons of lettuce. Cut the rested duck and put it on the lettuce leaves, put fried potatoes on the side.
📝Warm salad with pumpkin and shrimp:
Shrimp - 8pcs (any kind)
Ruccola - 150g
Cherry tomatoes - 4pcs
Pumpkin - 50g
Pumpkin seeds - 10g.
Parmesan - 15gr
📝For the dressing:
Balsamic cream - 2 tsp.
Lime juice - 2 tsp.
Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
Salt.
🥗 Peel pumpkin, cut into 0.3-0.5 mm slices. Add 0.5 tsp. smoked paprika, dried garlic, a sprig of thyme, salt (you can add sugar), olive oil. Stir and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Pan fry for 3-5 minutes on each side and put on a plate.
🥗Shellfish marinate in sweet and sour sauce for 10 minutes. Fry them in butter for 3-5 minutes. Put arugula, cherry tomatoes, pour 2 tablespoons of dressing and mix them. We put it on the pumpkin, shrimp on top and pour the dressing on it. Enjoy❤️ Goes well with white and red)
