TOONTOWN'S TOONFEST (NOW CALLED THE CARTOONIVAL) IS HERE!! Every September 19th, Toontown Rewritten hosts a celebration of the game's creation by opening up a very special playground (the Toonfest Grounds) to all of its players in-game for an entire month! Here, you can play games, gather tokens, and purchase exclusive items and/or temporary bonuses! In this video, I take the time to walk around and display what the Toonfest Grounds has in store for us!
