400 g of frozen spinach
400 g ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
nutmeg
2 rolls of round puff pastry
a pinch of salt
chia seeds to decorate
cooking time: in the oven for 40 min at 180 °

Let's prepare it together!

Put 400 g of thawed spinach in a bowl

Add a pinch of nutmeg...

...And a pinch of salt

Add 400 g of ricotta cheese

And add 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan

Mix until you get an homogeneous mixture

Then set it aside

On a baking sheet place a roll of round puff pastry

Pour in the spinach and ricotta mixture

Spread the mixture with a spoon

Then cover with another roll of puff pastry

Seal the edges with a fork

Then place a cup in the center

And cut slices in this way

Remove the cup

Then turn and open the slices in this way

Brush the center of the cake with water

And decorated with chia seeds

Finally, bake the sunflower cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees
