Problem: In a tennis tournament, A, B, C, and D four athletes are competing against each other. Each athlete has to one match against every other athlete. Here are the rules: every winner gets 3 points, every loser gets 0 points, and if the match ties each athlete gains 1 more point. It is known that:
1. The athletes' points happen to be four consecutive odd integers
2. B has the most points, winning in first place
3. D has tied two times before, one of them tied with C.
Using the information given above, find which team is fourth in the tournament.
