Kurdish Fighters Thwart Massive ISIS Prison Break With Help Of AH-64 Apache Helicopters In Syria

Video shows Kurdish fighters with air support from U.S. AH-64 Apache helicopters in heavy clashes with ISIS fighters during an attempted massive prison break in al-Hasakah, Syria.

A large number of Daesh fighters attacked the prison from the outside after initiating the assault with an VBIED.

This event was quickly followed with an uprising within the prison.

Over 80 ISIS fighters ecaped the prison at first but most of them were recaptured by Kurdish Security Forces after they thwarted the attack with help from U.S. AH-64 Apache attack helicopters who flew in to provide fire support for their allies on the ground.
