Dovetail Theorem: Problem 1

Problem: As shown in the following figure, there is a dovetail model. Triangle ABD has an area of 15 square units, Triangle ACD has an area of 20 square units, Triangle CDE has an area of 10 square units. Find the area of Triangle BDE.
