In this video I taste all of the whiskeys that 291 Distillery makes
Technical:
Small Batch Rye this is finished with aspen wood staves this mash bill is Rye base but no info and no minimum age statement now this one has an abv of 50.8 or a proof of 101.7 and this retails for $79.00

Small batch Bourbon 80Corn, 19Malted Rye, 1Malted Barley this is aged for a minimum of two years and then finished with Aspen Wood Staves this abv is 50 or a proof of 100 and this retails for $79.00

Barrel Proof single Barrel Rye this Mash Bill is Rye Base but I couldn’t find the Mash Bill or the minimum age, now this is finished with aspen wooden staves and it comes in at 64.8 or a proof of 129.7 this retails for $110.00

Barrel Proof single Barrel Bourbon the mash bill is 80Corn, 19Malted Rye, 1Malted Barley this is aged for a minimum of two years and then finished with Aspen Wood Staves this has an abv of 63.5 or a proof of 127 and this retails for $110.00
