Woman indicted after crashing into 2 men outside Cincinnati Kroger

On August 31, Taahviya Chapman allegedly drove her car into the father of her child — her intended target — and also hit 58-year-old Christopher Scott Griffith outside a Kroger in Spring Grove Village. Griffith died.
