Problem: One Sunday morning, Dan notices that his clock has stopped working. He replaces its batteries, estimated the time, and set the clock to 8:00 AM. Then, he sets off to an observatory. After arriving at the observatory, he realizes that the accurate time is 9:15 AM. One and a half hour later, Dan sets off back home. By the time he reaches his house, his clock was showing the time 11:20 AM. At this moment, what is the accurate time?
