Problem: Ships Anne and Belle each travel at a ship speed of 22 kilometers per hour and 18 kilometers per hour. The two ships first start a first harbor, traveling downstream. Belle starts sailing 2 hours before Anne. If the water speed is four kilometers per hour, how long will it take for Anne to catch up to Belle?
