This video is no exception. I have visited a community garden in Toronto and harvested my favorite vegetables. I went to Givendale Allotment Gardens - Garden in Toronto Canada. It is located at 1 Givendale Rd, Toronto. The City of Toronto Park, Forestry & Recreation department offers garden plots (approximately 10×12feet each) for customers interested in planting vegetables or flowers. These plots are available at various locations across the city; 11 outdoor sites and 1 indoor. An allotment garden permit of which the 2021 Garden Allotment rate is $97.41 (HST included cannot be transferred, willed or inherited)
There is an application and renewal process which opens on the first business day of each February; first come, first serve basis of outdoor plots. Hope you will find it enjoyable! Thanks for watching! Have a wonderful day!
