Judge Terry A. Doughty ordered Dr. Anthony Fauci and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to respond to document requests by NCLA in conjunction with the Missouri and Louisiana attorneys general on behalf of plaintiffs in State of Missouri ex rel. Schmitt, et al. v. Joseph R. Biden, Jr., et al.
