This is how I make my sterile grain spawn jars using very inexpensive wild bird seed.

Ingredients needed
Wild bird seed (milo and millet should be 1st 2 ingredients)
Mason jars with injection port lids
Gypsum
Coffee
Strainer
Cookie sheets or pans
Foil
Pressure cooker
