Joe Walsh stopped by Daryl Hall's farm and studio for a rendition of one of his most famous solo songs about how life has been good to him so far and that rolls into the Edgar Winter Group's "Do Like Me" and rolls up the Segue City Special which rolls us out the door for this week's segues while the Mayor rolls in for his weekend ooey gooey segues or something like that...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
