DIASTASIS RECTI DO'S AND DON'TS!!!🎉

💥 Because many of you have asked me for this video and totally agree it's more important than just giving you..distasis workouts 🥰

💥| have posted a lot of exercises for diastasis which is ab separation most commonly caused by child birth. But there are other cases as well which are excessive belly fat, forcefulcoughing and/ or intense workouts. So yes men can get this as well.

💥While | have given you tons of works to help improve your diastasis | think it's much more important you know of exercises to avoid doing as they can actually make your
diastasis much worse as it pushes your gap further apart because of the pressure by doing the wrong exercises 😓😓

💥Best part of these exercises is that while you improve your diastasis you are also treating another condition at the same time which is lower back pain🥰. | could also say youare making sure to avoid future lower back pain if you don't already have it.

💥If you don't have Diastasis then all these exercises aregreat! You can do them.

✨ Complete each of these exercises 15 -20 repetitions 2times. Make sure to take 45secs to 1 minute break in between 🥰
