The end of times of illusive wealth in the West and the war in Ukraine: what is the cause and what is the effect?

Actually the world was doomed to what is happening with it now. And the war in Ukraine had nothing to ignite on its own. It is just a consequence of the processes which are to reformat the current world by the end of 2020-s, just as it happened around 1910-1920s.
