Courts May Prevent Trump From Being Elected In 2024

A Republican politician has been disqualified from holding public office on the grounds he committed "insurrectionary conduct" on January 6th. While I doubt the US Supreme Court would ever uphold this decision, there is a way lower courts in key swing states could use this precedent to keep Trump off the ballot and keep him from being able to win enough electoral votes in 2024.
