How to change our core beliefs? The negative beliefs that we have been operating from?
When we begin to look at what we believe to be true and the reality that is created from those beliefs?
What story are you telling yourself about yourself that is and has become a core belief that you would like to change?
Are they serving you in a positive way? If not it's time to take a dive into the core of your being and ask yourself some questions in order to release the negative programming of your attachment to those core beliefs to shift your reality into a positive desired outcome.

We are programmed with beliefs that aren't necessary and when we take a deep dive and really go in we can then be a witness to those core beliefs and begin to change them.
