Rio Grande has become one of the largest homeless areas in Utah. The homeless individuals consider Rio Grande their home after being kicked out of encampments.

After an intense moment with other homeless individuals and their wishes to not be filmed, a gentleman who is also homeless wanted to speak up about what the current situation is in Utah.

Free housing for the homeless is not a solution for reducing the amount of individuals living in the streets.
