Reuse Rendezvous Set For 10th Year - September 7, 2022 - Micah Quinn

Lethbridge residents are being asked to kick their clutter to the curb this weekend. You can leave your old pieces of furniture with a sign that says free on Friday night. After that you can cruise around in your vehicle and pick up any of the items during the weekend. Kathleen Sheppard, the Executive Director of Environment Lethbridge says during the last few years there have been 400 to 500 households that have registered for this event.

Sheppard says more than 1,400 boxes of smaller items and nearly 750 larger items, such as furniture, were given away in 2018.
