Problem: Kim is setting up a very simple form for her students to fill out. She has three collections of questions. Collection A has 30 questions, Collection B has 40 questions, and Collection C has 45 questions. But Kim only needs three questions on her form. She needs to select one question from each collection. How many different forms can Kim make?
