🍳 Scrambled eggs are probably one of the first dishes that almost everyone learned to cook) Well I definitely started with this 😄 Scrambled eggs with tomatoes is the next level😅 I found out later that it is called "Shakshuka")
📝Buns of fresh tomatoes:
Tomatoes -2-3pcs (they should make 300ml juice - a glass)
Flour - 3-3,5 cups
Dry yeast - 2 tsp.
Sun-dried tomatoes - 5-6pcs (I have the recipe on my channel)
Egg - 1pc.
Dried basil - 1 tsp.
Salt, sugar.
🍞Wash the tomatoes with a blender and strain through a sieve, pour into a container. Add the yeast, salt, sugar and 1 cup of flour. Stir and leave for 20 minutes. At this time chop dried tomatoes. Add dried basil, egg, tomatoes, a couple of spoonfuls of tomato oil (not necessary, but desirable) and another 1 cup of flour to the dough. Stir. Gradually add the rest of the flour and knead into an elastic dough. Place in a warm place for 1 hour. When the dough is ready, knead it and leave for another 1 hour.
🍞Form the rolls and put them in a greased mould. Leave to rise for 20 minutes. Bake in preheated oven up to 200 degrees for 20 minutes, convection mode. (The time will be longer if you put it on medium heat).

📝 Shakshuka with fresh tomatoes and kupats:
Kupats - 2pcs (can be substituted for regular sausages)
Ripe tomatoes - 2 pcs.
Sweet pepper - 1 pc
Sweet pepper - 1pc.
Hot pepper - to taste
Young garlic - 2 cloves
Eggs - 4 units
Onion - 1pc.
Butter, vegetable oil
Salt, black pepper, herbs.
🍳Cupates are cut in circles. Fry in vegetable oil until golden and put aside. Add piece of butter and fry garlic, hot pepper and onion on it. Add bell peppers and sweet peppers and mix everything.
🍳Cut tomatoes in random pieces (if tomatoes have rough skins you can take them off) and add them to the pan. Stir everything again and cover) Stew on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until tomatoes soften. Then make small indentations and beat eggs in them. Cook to your favorite consistency of yolk) I close the lid and cook until there is a white film on the yolk) Enjoy ❤️
