📝The "I'm Home" cocktail:
(Grams for a standard glass)
Vodka - 50ml
Lime juice - 20ml
Cider - 100ml
Orange juice - 100ml
Grated raspberry - 1 tablespoon.
Ice, a couple of lime slices for decoration
🍹 Fill half of the glass with ice. Stack the lime circles on the walls. Add lime juice, vodka, and orange juice. Fill the glass with ice up to the edge. Spread the grated raspberries and pour the cider on top).

📝Ciabatta sandwich with pesto sauce:
Ciabatta - 1pc.
Chicken fillet - 2pc.
Ripe tomatoes - 2 units
Mozzarella - 100g
Salad mix
Red onions
Balsamic cream
📝Pesto sauce
Basil - 1tbsp
Garlic - 3 pcs.
Pine nuts - 30g
Parmesan - 50gr
Olive oil - 150ml
Salt, black pepper.
🍵Blend all ingredients until smooth.
📝Marinade for chicken:
Kefir - 200ml
Spices: Salt, black and red pepper, smoked paprika, turmeric, dried garlic, sugar, and provan herbs.
Starch - 1tbsp.

🥪Chiabatta cut in half and put in the oven for 3 minutes at 200 degrees (grill mode), toasting the cut. In a container pour the kefir and all the spices, stir. Cut the chicken fillet in half and lightly batter it. Put into a container with marinade, mix and leave for 20-40 minutes.
🥪Fry the ciabatta and brush with pesto sauce. Grill the filet until tender and arrange on the ciabatta and the sauce. We add ripe tomatoes, mozzarella (it is better to burn the cheese), mix lettuce and red onion. Cover with the other half of the bread and press lightly. Done) Enjoy ❤️
