THINGS To Do To ACTUALLY Be Happy!

There are internal sources, and external sources wich make you happy, first I would(if i was you) concentrate on the internal, and then, after, on the external sources as a supplement.
The results are not the goal
You might think that when you have reached a certain goal, you’ll be happy.
I am especially talking about money, women, marriage, materialistic stuff, a party
, watching a show, or other instant gratification stuff.
Your mindset is wrong, it will not make you happy. It will not give you happiness.
A Lot of research has pointed to this. People are so bad at estimating things. Especially about how they will feel when a certain thing happens.
So the results are not the goal, instead, we need to focus on what actually could make us happy — the process — is the factor that will actually improve the quality of our life.
Especially if it took truly and utterly hard work to do it. These are the main good emotions we get out of the process: fulfilment, excitement, happiness, proudness, gratitude, etc.
These things, we should see as a by-product. The main goal is the process itself. We should, and after a time of actually doing the good habits (the vital behaviours for your specific goal, e.g. making money, high quality women and all of the things mentioned above.) we actually will find it enjoyable — not only to experience the results — but to experience the process.
This will be our new fun, enjoyment and relaxation. But the things we now enjoy, will actually make us grow(going to the gym, reading, business, etc.) So don’t obsess over the results, but over the process of getting there, since this is what ACTUALLY makes us happy, instead of the results.
