Got a Ticket For All These Blinking Lights "Not Working " when they clearly work!

i took this film in the parking lot of the scale where i got the ticket... I dont contest the ticket for the tractor tsg light being out, where there is no tag, because its a class a vehicle.. but it is out.... but all my turn signals and brakes that i was written a "fix it" ticket for clearly were working.. and we cant fight them, there is no fine, just "points ".. its how they justify their existence, they know we have no legal recourse, there is no judge to complain to, but we still get the points against out license... and have to fill the form out and send it in... or then we will be fined, and then may see a judge, or be arrested, but still there is nothing we can do about the "fix it ticket", at that point its just the government punishing you for paperwork.
