Current bp hr

Current bp hr. The intro pic of my bp and hr is from a few months ago, slightly lower than normal, But I was at rest. Was going to metal stamp my name on the belt leather while it is wet. All my stamps have the poison on em, I do not think I will post it, takes a lot of time when I need to be doing survival stuff. You can see by the other videos I have been busy doing what I can to get through this. A lot of stuff I have not filmed, but by the ones I have posted you get the idea.
