The basic flow of project management involves five phases: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. These five phases can be used to create a pipeline for app development. The idea or concept for the app emerges at the initial stage, and the stakeholders fill out the requirements. We take the parameters put out in the beginning phase and map out how the app will be created in terms of scheduling, resources, budget, and scope in the planning phase. A research window can be brought into the executing phase if planning is done early enough in the app's life cycle, which could streamline and improve the more formal development. Many teams use Agile or Scrum development approaches, which emphasize iterative cycles. We may modify the project management workflow to accommodate these iterations by defining each iteration as a sub-workflow of planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Project management assists in the identification of your app's goals, objectives, and requirements. A strategy allows everyone on board to understand what is expected of them. The end result of excellent communication is more likely to please the client, stakeholders, and consumers. It strikes a balance among the common restrictions that most projects confront, such as cost, scope, quality, risk, resources, and time.
