Here's my meals for my High Protein-Low Carb Diet (Day 5)

Since I woke up very late, my meals are left overs from the breakfast serving. And today I am back to OMAD since I am getting better so I started my meal at 5pm if I'm not mistaken instead of my regular schedule which is at 3pm but that's just because of I wanted to take my last meds since I woke up late like 1pm as I was working overnight last day.

The only struggle I know when doing OMAD is at midnight because I am used to having midnight snacks, but I'm ready to fight the cravings. Let's see what happens :)
