#DHLphilippines and #BOC stealing packages from first-time importers

Our package was sent May 1st, 2021 via Pack and Ship in El Paso TX, via DHL World Wide Express postage. The box is bound to Iloilo Philippines expected it to arrive 10 to 15 days. We paid for DHL airfreight service $520, and it landed in DHL Cebu Philippines on May 8th. Because we declared the value of what's inside the box, Bureau of Customs Philippines declared that it belongs to importer's category and required the receiver to fill out 6 different documents notarized. The receiver complied to all their demands and #DHLphilippines have become unresponsive for over a month. It is now almost 5 months battle #BOC and they're still holding our package hostage.
