Heroes Training Center - Kickboxing Heroes

“Fighting Stance”
1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart
2. Step your strong leg back
3. Your front foot points at your target
4. Your back foot is turned at a 45-90 degree angle
5. Roll your fingers in & you thumb covers across the fingers
6. Keep your hands in front of your face & your elbows in front of your body
7. Your chin is down & your eyes are up
8. Always stay in your rhythm

You definitely don't want your first experience getting hit to be by someone that is REALLY trying to hurt you.
