I'm Josh dream body clinic and I'm here with one of our returning patients. Shay. Shay is also from the Northwest, like me. And you could come in here a little over three years now, right? Yes. Correct. Yeah. It's been awesome knowing you become pretty good friends over that time, but I think we just love to hear kind of your experiences, what you think about the clinic and you know, how going for you, you know, it's been, it's been amazing, uh, coming here.
Uh, not only, you know, I feel like family now, but just in general, my health and some of the things that were going on with me. Uh, once I was having seasonal depression, um, I was having low energy, um, just overall, just not getting really great sleep anymore. And so, you know, obviously getting older, doing some of those changes, but really, uh, the mental stuff was really getting to.
That was causing some physical things. And so, uh, Josh put me on a few things, a program here, um, along with stem cells and, um, I have not had seasonal depression three years. Um, it's, it's amazing. And so if anybody has any of those kinds of issues, they know they could be paralyzing, uh, and you know, it just paralyzes you in every aspect.
And as far as you don't just even getting up showering and going to work, it's really a tough thing to do. Uh, and so I haven't had those. Um, physically, I feel the best I've ever been. Um, I'm 48 years old and people think that I'm much younger, um, because of, uh, just the shape that I'm in and doctors are always impressed with that when I do physicals every year.
So, um, it's just been an amazing run with you guys, and I really appreciate it from Josh to you and your team for always taking great care. Oh, well, thanks so much. It's great to hear. And, you know, in seasonal depression, all of that, it can really get to you. I remember when I I'm from Seattle and it just wears you down pretty crazy.
So we found a lot of patients with our stem cell IVs. It actually can help build back rejuvenate the adrenal gland, which is a big factor. Overall health, you've got more energy. You're able to synthesize vitamin D and other vitamins better. And it definitely helps. I mean, you're a great Testament to that.
