It's past time for strawberries and cherries, it's time for watermelons I decided to start with a watermelon cocktail and a couple of light snacks. Both tasty and no dishes to wash)

📝A watermelon mojito:
Watermelon 5-7kg.

🍹 Peel the watermelon off the edge. With blender on minimal speed (this way the pips will not be broken and there will be no splashes), pound the pulp. Run the juice with pips through a sieve.
🍹 Put ice in an empty watermelon. Slap the sprigs of mint and add them to the cocktail. Squeeze lime juice, add alcohol. Pour strained watermelon juice into cocktail (you may not strain it if you do not drink through pipes). Stir. With the rest of the juice you can make jelly or just drink it).

🥖Hot cheese and sausage sandwich:
Cut baguette into 3 even pieces, cut each piece in half. 2 halves grease with ketchup, sprinkle with grated cheese, top with sausage. Put in oven at 180g for 10-15 minutes.

🥖Hot sandwich with pesto sauce, mozzarella and cherry:
Grease 2 baguette halves with pesto (I have the pesto recipe in my profile), arrange mini mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. We put it in the oven at 180g for 10-15 minutes. When serving, garnish with basil leaves.

🥖Hot sandwich with rucola and prosciutto:
Grease the baguette with tomato sauce, put the mozzarella balls and put it in the oven at 180g for 10 minutes. As the cheese melts, we take out of the oven. Top with rucola and thin slices of prosciutto) Enjoy ❤️
