Who’s got the soup?

Why some biceps never peak and why yours will.

This exercise has been blasting off mountain tops like volcanos since Plato talked about Zeus.

The champions of Mount Olympus are remembered by the magnetic sculptures the ancient greeks left behind. The muscles on these sculpture were always depicted as dense and very proportionate in size across their bodies. They were godly after all.

It is believed that to mold themselves in their image, the ancient olympians used tools called halters in training and competition that resemble modern day dumbbells.

In training they would be curled from the waist with a straight forearm like a hammer curl would look like.

What those big logical greek brains weren’t doing however, was blasting max reps like Arnold was in 80s to figure out which muscle grew to UNGODLY proportions.

Now I think you could argue that the hammer curl would be “if you could only choose one” answer but you’re reading this for blow off the top bicep peaks so once again, who’s got soup?

ARNOLD.
