Gazprom also relesed a creepy propaganda film titled Winter will be big - only dusk and snow, forecasting the harsh conditions Europe is set to face without Russian oil heating their homes this winter. The G-7 has announced price caps on the Russian sale of oil to achieve two ends: reducing Russia's profit margins from their oil sales, and preventing high energy prices in their home countries.
