Here is a list of things that I did to reduce my blood pressure, might forget some, for any questions comment below :
1. Prescribed medication
2. Stopped nicotine completely
3. Reduced sodium
4. Monitoring BP 2-3 times a day
5. Treating my sleep apnea (using a cpap)
6. Started a balanced healthy diet
7. Really amped up the cardio (twice a day)
8. Meditation / breathing
9. More naps
10. Cheat meals to a minimum (once a week)
