The Nag Hammadi Scriptures - Eugnostos The Blessed
Well preserved. Eugnostos in Greek means “Well Known”. Opposite is Agnostos Unknown” some use this to refer to God.
Form of a Letter written by Eugnostos. Unsure if real of fiction. Transmit the teaching on God and heavenly realm. Initial critique of Theories Stoic, Epicureans and Babylonian…then focus on truth as a divine revelation not human construction.
Divine realm occupied by five beings, with own eaon, followers, angels and deities [again repeating pattern in this text] ***Discernment is needed. It is metaphorical.

The Nag Hammadi Scriptures
