A new kind of genetics

Opto genetics has been maniacally explored within the neuroscience & pharmaceutical field over the last 20 years, Studies have focused on its delivery system - via vaccines. Mice experiments were completed in 2016.
The WEF have been involved in the research & development of this technology (and the opportunities it opens for certain entities) since around 2008. They also promote its use on their website.
