Mom is Served Fried Paper Instead of Fried Chicken

I ordered the usual meal I share with my children. Trying to let the chicken cook before handing it to my twins and finding out I’d been served deli paper and the manager didn’t care when brought to her attention. Got the same meal back. No one cared until my video blew up. Then all the higher-ups started to care.
