Kristin Tate: Biden’s ‘divisive’ speech was a ‘last-ditch effort’

Commentator and "The Hill" columnist Kristin Tate has labelled United States President Joe Biden’s speech as "divisive" and a "last-ditch effort" to get voters to the polls.
“This was one of the most disturbing and divisive speeches in modern political history,” she said.
“70 million Americans voted for Donald Trump in the last election and President Joe Biden essentially labelled those 70 million people enemies”.
